By accessing and using CVnomist (cvnomist.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

CVnomist is an AI-powered resume optimization platform that:

  • Analyzes your uploaded resume and target job postings
  • Generates tailored resumes optimized for specific positions
  • Delivers optimized resumes in Word format through Google Docs
  • Provides keyword analysis and formatting improvements

Subscription Plans and Pricing

Launchpad Plan – $15/Month

  • 1 resume optimization per day
  • Up to 30 optimizations per month
  • Job-specific keyword analysis
  • Basic formatting improvements
  • Email support
  • Priority processing
  • Cost per optimization: $0.50

Accelerator Plan – $26/Month (Most Popular)

  • 3 resume optimizations per day
  • Up to 90 optimizations per month
  • Job-specific keyword analysis
  • Advanced formatting improvements
  • Priority email support
  • Priority processing
  • Cost per optimization: $0.29

Unlimited Horizon Plan – $32/Month

  • 5 resume optimizations per day
  • Up to 150 optimizations per month
  • Job-specific keyword analysis
  • Premium formatting improvements

Payment Terms

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • We do not renew subscriptions automatically
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • We do not Apply any taxes at this moment

Refund Policy

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription
  • To request a refund, email support@cvnomist.com with the subject line “Refund”
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • After the 7-day period, no refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription

User Responsibilities

Account Security

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload resumes containing false or misleading information
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI algorithms
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Exceed your plan’s usage limits through artificial means
  • Upload malicious files or content that violates others’ rights

Content Guidelines

  • Ensure uploaded resumes are your own or you have permission to use them
  • Provide accurate job posting URLs for optimization
  • Respect intellectual property rights

Data and Privacy

Resume Handling

  • 24-Hour Deletion Policy: All uploaded resumes are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing
  • We process your data solely to provide the optimization service
  • Generated resumes are delivered through secure Google Docs links

Data Security

  • We implement industry-standard security measures
  • Your data is encrypted during transmission and processing

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

  • CVnomist retains all rights to its platform, algorithms, and technology
  • Our service name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks

Service Availability

Uptime

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible

  • Priority support for Accelerator and Unlimited Horizon subscribers
  • Response time: 24-48 hours for standard inquiries

Limitations and Disclaimers

Service Limitations

  • Resume optimization results may vary based on job requirements and industry
  • We do not guarantee job interview success or employment
  • AI-generated content should be reviewed and edited as needed

Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We are not responsible for job application outcomes
  • Users are responsible for final resume accuracy and content

Termination

By You

  • Cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings
  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds for cancellations (except within 7-day refund period)

By Us

We may terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Use
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Extended periods of inactivity

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
